Summer Glau was an American actress, best well-known for her character River Tam in Firefly, an award-winning television show. Also, she played Cameron on Terminator. It is also the title of her show The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Besides these she has starred in the TV programs The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow and Sequestered as well as guest-starred in the shows Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and Hawaii Five-0. Glau has also appeared in TV films and shorts like Mammoth and The Initiation Of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon and Help for the holidays Dead End and Inside the Box. Glau is the recipient of several awards and honours. FHM listed her in their 100 Sexiest Women in the World listing twice. Wizard magazine included her in their Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim has included her on the magazine's Hot 100. Coming to her acting accolades Glau has won SFX Award for Best Actress for Serenity. Her role in the movie Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles earned her an award called the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest child of Marcela Quintanilla. Selena started her professional career at the age of eighteen in a band that was formed by the late Abraham Quintanilla. Selena played lead guitar in the group, as did her older brothers Abraham junior playing base, and Sister Suzette performing the drums. Selena acted as the vocalist. Selena Y Los Dino was the band's name and Selena would sing with other siblings at restaurants, bars as well as wedding events. Selena didn't have a great time in her childhood because the band needed lots of time. However, their father Abraham wanted to motivate his children and make them passionate musicians. Abraham Senior was one of the members of the first band Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos were officially founded in 1981. It is the main business of the Quintanillas and their primary source of earnings. Quintanilla persevered, despite being a poor financial situation in the beginning. They continued to work toward becoming a winning family group. Selena Y Los Dinos achieved fame throughout the western states in the late 1980s. The group received their first taste success in the form of Selena was awarded Female Vocalist of the Year and Best Performer during the Tejano music awards. From that point on Selena Y Los Dinos were one of the most successful winners each year and earned fame and recognition. They appeared on numerous Spanish TV shows of the Spanish language such as El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo and Sabado Gigante.
