Allana played in Australia in Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries caused her to miss several seasons before switching back to Rugby League. Allana had a great time in the team of New South Wales during her first women's Rugby League match against Queensland and played in 2015. Allana's radio career has grown since she is a regular on 2GB's Continuous Call Team, a highly rated program. Allana does not just a professional athlete as well as a teacher who has a the degree of an educator and has a vast experience in other areas. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of being a representative of Australia in three sports, rugby sevens as well as touch, and rugby league. Jillaroos' superstar Allana Ferguson was called upon to announce an early ending to her rugby league career following a tear to her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson was 25, and has tore her ACL the same spot between 15-17 and 20 years old. After the fourth tear she realized that it was now time to put an end to her. Ferguson played for JILLAROOS's team and was forced to quit before the end of the season due to a 4th accident to her left ACL. Ferguson suffered an ACL injury during training in November.
